Returns for Exchange

  • Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
  • Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. we will issue a full refund, and you will receive an email notification.

NOTE:  If you want to cancel an order after placing one, you MUST cancel within the first 1-2 hours.  We are VERY fast at processing the orders, and getting them shipped.  We give hassle free, no question refunds.  We GUARANTEE that your shoes will be authentic, or we will give you your money back.  If you think the shoes are not authentic, take them to your local Footlocker, Finish Line, or Champs, and show them your shoes. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
